Monday Group evening out: will be on Monday 25th June, 7.00pm at Davanti's, Whitley Lodge. If you wish to go, please see Margaret Barron or Pat Calboutin.

Summer Fair, Saturday 23 June: there are now only 2 weeks left before the Fair! Please help in whatever way possible to make it a success.  Posters are now available. Please take one – or more – if you can put a poster up to advertise the fair. See Mary Evans for copies.

  • Keep bringing in items for the stalls, especially bric-a-brac, toys and books.
  • Early contributions towards the tombola and raffle are really welcome, as it takes time to get these big money-spinners prepared.
  • Could you offer some home baking for the cake stall?
  • Please sign up for your chosen stall or role, it helps to be sure that we have enough people available.
  • And put the date in your diary to come and spend some money on the day!
  • Services this week: please note that there will no service on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday while Fr Gavin is at Walsingham.

The next magazine: the theme for the next magazine will be “Change”. Contributions around this theme would be welcome from everyone. Please don’t just wait to be asked.

Thank you to our church dusting volunteer for this week, 11 June – 17 June: Mavis McMahon
